Overview: The tasks will cover both traditional offshore site characterization work and support to jack-up activities under client guidelines and QA/QC.

Responsibilities:

  • Review of leg penetration and spudcan-quay wall interaction analyses provided by consultants.
  • Review of leg penetration analysis and vessel suitability.
  • High level jack-up installation assessment using client in-house tools and methods.
  • Supporting scoping, planning and operations for geotechnical site investigations and laboratory testing.
  • Analysing and interpreting large geotechnical datasets to deliver high-quality site characterisations and engineering soil/rock properties for design and installation assessments.
  • Supporting engineering assessments for jack-up installations.
  • Other tasks aligned with the competencies above and support offshore wind farm site characterisation and related engineering activities.
