We are currently seeking experienced BMS Engineers with strong Tridium / Niagara expertise to support a long-term project portfolio based in London City. This is a 12-month contract role working on high-profile commercial buildings.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering BMS works across installation, commissioning and integration phases, working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure systems are delivered to specification, on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering, commissioning and modification of BMS systems
- Working extensively with Tridium Niagara (N4) platforms
- Integration of BMS systems with third-party plant and controls
- Point-to-point checks, functional testing and fault finding
- Graphics development, alarm configuration and trend logs
- Supporting site teams and liaising with clients where required
- Producing commissioning documentation and test results
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a BMS Engineer on commercial projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Tridium / Niagara
- Good understanding of HVAC plant and control strategies
- Experience with BMS integration and commissioning
- Ability to work independently on live construction sites
- ECS / CSCS card
- Right to work in the UK
