I’m supporting a major pharmaceutical facility upgrade programme and am looking for an experienced Fire Commissioning Engineer to support delivery across multiple buildings on a live site. This role will initially focus on installation verification and quality assurance before progressing into full commissioning activities as the project advances.
Responsibilities
- Verify installation works against approved fire alarm designs and drawings
- Identify installation discrepancies and provide technical feedback
- Support commissioning and testing of fire alarm systems
- Ensure systems comply with project specifications and industry standards
- Produce commissioning records and documentation
- Work closely with project managers, installation teams and subcontractors
- Support phased delivery across multiple buildings
Requirements
- Extensive experience commissioning fire alarm systems
- Strong Honeywell Gent experience
- Ability to review and verify installation quality against design documentation
- Experience working on complex commercial, pharmaceutical or industrial projects
- Strong understanding of commissioning procedures and testing protocols
Desirable
- FIA qualifications
- BAFE accreditation
- Experience within regulated environments
- Pharmaceutical project experience
