Supporting a global end customer to maintain, improve and optimise their BMC Helix ITSM platform. The consultant will step straight into an active programme and use recent, hands-on Helix delivery experience to drive immediate improvements.
Key skills and Experience required
- 5+ years working hands-on with BMC Helix ITSM / BMC Remedy
- At least one BMC Helix project delivered within the last 12 months
- Broad experience across the Helix ITSM suite (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB)
- Able to contribute independently from day one with minimal ramp-up
- Hold active SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain it (sponsored by the client)
