We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Core Developer with a passion for Blazor for a long-term contract mission, based in a central London location (hybrid 3-4 days/week on-site).
This is a brand-new role. You will be the Key/Founding Developer and a core member of the technical team building this strategic application from the ground up.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Pioneer Role & Key Developer: You will initially join the Business Analyst (BA) to technically kickstart the project. The team will later be expanded with a second developer. You will be responsible for defining the initial architecture, implementing the first critical components, and ensuring code quality standards.
- High-Impact Greenfield Project: Completely design and build a brand-new, complex operational module that will be the daily tool for our operations and front-office teams. Your code will have a direct and visible business impact.
- Cutting-Edge Tech Stack: Work with the very latest Microsoft technologies in a modern cloud environment: Blazor (The core UI framework for the project), .NET Core 9 (Backend, Microservices, APIs), Microservices Architecture and SQL Server, Azure PaaS (CI/CD, Monitoring, Cloud-Native approach).
Your Profile (The Ideal Freelancer):
- Expertise .NET & Blazor: Strong professional experience with modern .NET and Blazor (or very solid experience in similar SPA frameworks coupled with a strong interest in specializing in Blazor).
- Cloud & Architecture: Good knowledge of Azure (PaaS) and microservices architectures.
- SQL Server Skills: Solid understanding of data modeling and optimization concepts.
- Business Engagement: You are proactive, business-oriented, and comfortable interacting directly with end-users to refine requirements.
Location: Available for hybrid work 3-4 days a week on-site in a central and prestigious area of London.
