This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Finance professional to gain exposure across both M&A and Capital Markets activity within a high-growth environment. You will work closely with senior leadership on a broad range of strategic initiatives including transactions, funding strategies, and market-facing activities.

This role will be suited to professionals with the following experience:
- Corporate Finance professional from a Big 4, CF Advisory, Investment Banking, or in-house Corporate Finance
- Experience across M&A and/or Capital Markets transactions (debt raising, equity processes, refinancing)
- Strong financial modelling skills including valuation, scenario analysis, and transaction modelling
- Experience preparing high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders and investors
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and market data
- Commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
This position sits within the Corporate Finance team, working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting end-to-end M&A and Capital Markets transactions including valuations, due diligence, and execution
- Assisting with debt and equity processes including refinancing, funding strategy, and investor engagement
- Building and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic and investment decisions
- Conducting market, sector, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
- Preparing investment memoranda, board packs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing relationships with advisors, lenders, investors, and other external parties
- Partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including expansion and growth projects
- Working across finance, strategy, and operational teams to drive business performance
