Our Client
Our client is a market leading P/E backed corporate. They are currently going through an exceptional growth phase by acquisitive means and are looking to add a Financial Modeller to their corporate finance function.

This is a newly created role, reporting directly to the Corporate Development Director, and will play a key role in building out the modelling capability of the business. You will gain exposure to complex transactions and strategic decision-making while working closely with senior leadership.
Who should apply?
Candidates must come from an investment banking or Big 4 background and have the following:
- Professional accounting qualification or equivalent financial background
- Extensive experience with complex financial modelling for equity/debt, investment appraisal, and property
- Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of financial markets
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and interest in mentoring
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Corporate Development Director, the role will involve:
- Developing, maintaining, and improving best-in-class financial models for investment and development projects
- Preparing high-quality presentation materials for C-suite, Board, and external partners
- Conducting detailed analysis of sector trends and asset valuations
- Supporting investment evaluations and scenario modelling
- Assisting with pricing strategies and commercial decision-making
- Providing modelling support for funding initiatives and joint ventures
- Supporting the implementation of modelling best practices across the function
- Collaborating with stakeholders across finance and strategy teams
