This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Finance professional to gain exposure across both M&A and Capital Markets activity within a high-growth environment. The role offers strong commercial exposure, involvement in high-impact projects, and the opportunity to influence key business decisions.
- Corporate Finance professional from a Big 4, CF Advisory, Investment Banking, or in-house Corporate Finance
- Experience across M&A and/or Capital Markets transactions (debt raising, equity processes, refinancing)
- Strong financial modelling skills including valuation, scenario analysis, and transaction modelling
- Experience preparing high-quality presentations for senior stakeholders and investors
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and market data
This position sits within the Corporate Finance team, working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting end-to-end M&A and Capital Markets transactions including valuations, due diligence, and execution
- Building and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic and investment decisions
- Conducting market, sector, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
- Preparing investment memoranda, board packs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, including expansion and growth projects
- Working across finance, strategy, and operational teams to drive business performance
