Our client is a leading Big 4 professional services firm with a market-leading Consulting practice. Due to continued growth and a number of significant client engagements, they are looking to hire multiple Qualified Accountants to join their expanding Managed Solutions team across Dublin, Cork and Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant looking to make the move from practice into consulting. You will join one of the fastest-growing consulting teams in the market, working on high-profile finance transformation and business-critical projects for leading multinational organisations.
The role offers exceptional exposure to senior stakeholders, varied project work and the opportunity to build valuable consulting experience while working alongside experienced Directors, Managers and Business Analysts. Although initially offered as a 12-month contract, these are long-term client engagements with genuine opportunities to secure a permanent role and progress your career within the firm.
This opportunity is ideal for recently qualified accountants looking to broaden their experience beyond audit.
The successful candidate will have:
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- 1-3 years' audit experience within a Big 4, Top 10 or smaller accountancy practice.
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior staff would be advantageous.
- A commercial mindset with an interest in consulting and project-based work.
Reporting to a Director within the Managed Solutions team, you will work alongside accountants, business analysts, managers and senior client stakeholders delivering finance transformation and business improvement projects.

Commercial Analysis – Analyse financial information and provide meaningful commercial insights.
Process Improvement – Support finance optimisation, data remediation and operational improvement initiatives.
