We are looking for a Recruitment and Talent Advisor to join our People and Culture team in the Head Office at Talacre Beach Resort in Flintshire, North Wales. Fantastic competitive salary!
This is a permanent position to work full time hours. The successful candidate will work standard office hours Monday to Friday.

About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and personable Recruitment and Talent Advisor to join our People and Culture team. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, another Recruitment Advisor, and a Recruitment Coordinator to deliver an outstanding recruitment service across our growing portfolio of resorts.
This varied role will support a wide range of recruitment activities, with a particular focus on frontline resort roles including housekeeping, food and beverage, entertainment, grounds, and more.
key responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers across 26 resorts to attract and recruit top talent for operational roles.
Support the full recruitment lifecycle including:
Writing and posting job adverts across the ATS and social media.
Shortlisting and pre-screening candidates.
Booking and coordinating interviews and work trials.
Gathering and sharing feedback.
Develop relationships with department heads to understand recruitment needs and advise on best practices.
Support with tailored attraction methods, such as vacancy flyers and local campaigns.
Track and report on recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support broader HR and administrative tasks as required, contributing to team goals and initiatives.
About You
Passion for people and recruitment, with experience in a fast-paced environment.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a team environment.
Driving licence and access to transport (preferred but not essential).
