Location: Dee House, St. Davids Park, Ewloe
Come and join our team as a Recruitment and HR Administrator! This is a permanent position to work full time hours (35 hours). The successful candidate will work standard office hours Monday to Friday in our Head Office based in Ewloe. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.
About The Role
- Provide recruitment support to all resorts
- Support with shortlisting incoming applicants and manage candidate pipelines.
- Conduct pre-screen interviews.
- Schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Chase and collate interview feedback.
- Liaise effectively with Department Heads and Managers.
- Assist with wider HR duties as required.
- Carry out general administration tasks to support the HR team.
- Support HR by drafting and sending offers of employment to successful candidates.
- Support HR by processing employees on the HRIS
- Support the Recruitment advisor to promote job opportunities across all social media platforms to boost engagement.
- Overseeing the processing of agency invoices and responding to agency‑related requests.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in internal recruitment or HR team.
- Skilled in behavioural/competency-based interviewing.
- Experience using ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Talos365).
- Experience using a HRIS (iTrent, BreatheHR, ADP etc).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- A driving licence is advantageous but not required.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
