Location: Organford Road, Holton Heath, Poole, Dorset.
Hourly rate: £12.21.
Contract type: Part‑time permanent.
Hours: 24 hours across 3 variable days, including weekends and bank holidays.
Flexibility: Essential to meet business needs.

About the Role

Support the maintenance and grounds team at Wareham Forest Lodge Retreat.

• Assist with upkeep of buildings and guest accommodation.
• Respond to maintenance requests from guests.
• Assist with renovation projects and planned daily tasks.
• Complete necessary paperwork post repairs.
• Support grounds team to maintain five‑star appearance.
• Handle grass cutting, edging, weeding, and pathway clearing.
• Keep the retreat clear of debris.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance or grounds experience is an advantage.
• Positive work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Valid driving licence and ability to operate site vehicles.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
