About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance & Hot Tub Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across the park, including servicing, cleaning and compliance of all hot tubs, and support the maintenance team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day grounds and maintenance operations across the park
- Lead, support and motivate the grounds and maintenance team
- Plan and prioritise workloads to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Carry out general grounds maintenance including grass cutting, landscaping and upkeep of outdoor areas
- Oversee routine maintenance and repairs across accommodation and facilities
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment and outdoor spaces
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety procedures
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the park
- Support with stock control, ordering of materials and equipment
- Respond to maintenance issues and guest requests in a timely manner
- Assist with training and development of team members
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a grounds, maintenance or facilities role
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader position is desirable
- Strong practical skills and knowledge of general maintenance tasks
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- A positive attitude and commitment to high standards
Required Criteria
- The right to work in the UK
- A full, valid UK driving licence is essential
- Previous maintenance experience

- Experience with hot tub maintenance or water hygiene is desirable (training can be provided)
