Location: The Hele Bay, Beach Road

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Beach Cove Coastal Retreat in Ilfracombe, Devon. Hourly rate £12.21.

This is a SICK COVER position to work part time hours. It will be 30 hours across 5 days which will include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role

Main Responsibilities

• Meet and greet resort guests.
• Assist guests with any queries they may have.
• Advise on the local area.
• Issue accommodation keys and information.
• Advise guests on events within the resort.
• Handle telephone calls.
• Deal with customer complaints.
• Accurate cash handling.

Requirements

Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.
