We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Canterbury Reach Lodge Retreat in Petham, Kent.
This is a permanent position to work Part time hours. This will be 20 hours across Monday, Friday and Saturday which will include bank holidays.
Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role
Main responsibilities:
The successful Housekeeping Supervisor will
· Lead a small team to achieve the highest standards in their work in the Housekeeping Managers absence.
· Work alongside the team to collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver clean laundry while ensuring stock levels are accurate.
· Ensure the team are promptly reporting any lost and found property.
· Ensure that staff are trained.
· Manage the motivation and any issues within the team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential in order to enable an easy commute.
