We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Hot Tub Maintenance Assistant to join our team at one of Darwin Escapes’ beautiful holiday destinations.

Salary: £12.71 Hourly

This is a fixed term, full-time position working variable days, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general grounds maintenance including grass cutting, strimming, planting and landscaping
• Clean, maintain and service hot tubs to ensure they meet company and safety standards
• Test and monitor water quality, ensuring correct chemical levels are maintained
• Conduct regular checks of hot tubs, plant equipment and outdoor areas
• Ensure all grounds, accommodation exteriors and hot tub areas are clean, tidy and well-presented
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs across the park
• Respond to maintenance and hot tub-related requests in a timely manner
• Handle and store chemicals safely in line with health & safety guidelines
• Support with waste management and general upkeep of the park
• Work closely with other departments to support the overall guest experience
• A proactive and flexible approach to work

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, facilities or a similar role is desirable
• Experience with hot tubs or water treatment is advantageous but not essential (training can be provided)
• Practical skills with a good understanding of basic maintenance tasks
• Awareness of health & safety procedures, particularly around chemicals and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• A commitment to maintaining high standards
