Location: Ayr Road, Dundonald Links, Irvine, Ayrshire.
Hourly rate: £12.71. This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours across 5 variable days, including weekends and bank holidays). Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a small team to achieve the highest standards in the Housekeeping Manager’s absence.
- Work alongside the team to collect laundry, clean guest accommodation and deliver clean laundry while ensuring stock levels are accurate.
- Ensure the team reports lost and found property promptly.
- Complete staff rotas.
- Ensure staff are trained.
- Manage motivation and address any issues within the team.
- Respond to general maintenance requests from guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or maintenance role is essential.
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
- A driving licence and ability to drive is an advantage for commuting.
