The predicted salary is between 25000 - 27000 € per year.

This is a fixed‐term position with variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. This role is ideal for an energetic, confident entertainer who thrives in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused environment.

As part of the Entertainment Team, you will plan, coordinate and deliver a varied programme of activities and entertainment for both adults and children throughout the season. You will host games, competitions, and character events during the day and provide themed and evening entertainment at night.

Entertainment Delivery:
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver a varied entertainment programme for adults and children.
  • Host activities, games, competitions and events both on and off the resort.
  • Ensure activities are engaging, safe and suitable for all age groups.
  • Maintain enthusiasm and energy while interacting with guests throughout activities and events.
  • Ensure entertainment schedules and timetables are followed efficiently.
Children's Activities:
  • Supervise and engage children during organised activities.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure a safe environment during all children's sessions.
  • Monitor and maintain all sign‐in procedures and disclaimer records.
  • Adapt activities to suit different age groups and abilities.
Stage & Equipment Setup:
  • Prepare and set up stages, entertainment areas and equipment before events.
  • Carry out sound checks and ensure audio and electrical equipment is fully operational.
  • Report and record any faults, damages or breakages promptly.
  • Ensure all entertainment areas are clean, safe and presented to a high standard at all times.
Stock & Administration:
  • Ensure entertainment outlets are fully stocked and merchandised appropriately.
  • Assist with ordering prizes and supplies within budget requirements.
  • Follow company procedures regarding tills, banking and accounting.
  • Maintain departmental records, diaries and activity notes accurately.
  • Support with duty rosters, attendance monitoring and punctuality records where required.
Guest Experience:
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Deal with guest enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company by maintaining a friendly, approachable and professional manner.
  • Maintain personal presentation standards in line with company expectations.
Team Support & Training:
  • Work collaboratively with the wider entertainment and resort teams.
  • Attend and complete all required training.
  • Support colleagues during busy periods and special events.
  • Maintain an awareness of all resort facilities, products and services.
Health & Safety:
  • Ensure all activities and entertainment areas comply with health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all work areas and equipment.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures and employee handbook guidelines at all times.
Required Criteria:
  • Ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests
  • The right to work in the UK
Desired Criteria:
  • Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, leisure, childcare, or customer‐facing roles
Contract Type: Full‐time
Salary: £12.71 Hourly
