Reports to: Grounds & Maintenance Manager
Role: As part of a team, to assist in maintaining the park to a five star standard.
Main Tasks:
- Daily water testing of all hot tubs to ensure correct chemical levels.
- Complete all compliance logs relating to hot tubs within the required timelines.
- Empty, clean and replenish all hot tubs allocated to units for changeover cleans, in readiness for new users.
- Ensure all hot tub signage is clear, up to date and visible next to each hot tub.
- Ensure the repair and maintenance of all hot tubs, to implement any remedial repair work where authorised to do so, reporting any defects requiring outside contracts to your manager.
- Assist with other grounds and maintenance tasks as required.
- Ensure that all workshops, canteens and compounds are in a clean and orderly state.
- Undergo/deliver training as required.
- Deal with all customer enquiries appertaining to hot tub use and maintenance.
- Always behave in a polite and courteous manner so as to be an ambassador for the company.
- Personal appearance at all times to be in accordance with company standards.
- To have an understanding and awareness of all products and facilities offered by the company.
- To be aware of and apply the provisions of the employee handbook.
- To be familiar with health and safety requirements applicable to your role.
About The Role:
Key Results/Responsibilities:
- To ensure and provide maintenance support for all hot tubs to the highest standards, with due regard to budgetary controls.
- To ensure the maintenance of grounds, buildings, vehicles and equipment to the highest standards, and with due regard to budgetary controls.
- To ensure that you are fully conversant with and are able to apply the emergency evacuation procedure for your department.
- Ensure key holder availability in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve the standards of both service and presentation of the park.
- To ensure that any complaints are dealt with immediately.
- Negotiating monitoring and controlling expenditure against budgets ensuring the effective management of resources.
- To ensure the highest possible standard of customer care.
- Not to bring the company into disrepute.
- To be dressed and presented appropriately to your role at all times.
- To deal effectively with customer enquiries as to products and services.
- To act at all times in accordance with company procedures and standards.
- To carry out your duties in a manner that ensures the safest environment for colleagues and guests alike.
- To assist the personnel and payroll departments by the provision of full, timely and accurate information and records.
- Ensure attendance and punctuality.
