The predicted salary is between 26500 - 27500 € per year.

Cleaning (Full‑Time) £12.79 per hour working 32.5 hours per week. The position is Monday to Friday, from 7am to 2pm (6.5 hours per day, plus 30 minutes unpaid break). You will be responsible for keeping the College buildings and student residences cleaned to the highest standard in a safe and organised environment, and for managing designated areas such as student rooms, guest rooms and communal areas.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of College buildings, student and guest rooms, and communal areas.
  • Follow instructions and work safely.
  • Lift and use cleaning equipment, and use computers to a basic level.
  • Communicate via email and WhatsApp in written English.
  • Work at the Darwin College site in the centre of Cambridge.
  • Work one weekend per month.

Qualifications

  • Previous cleaning experience.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
  • Capable of using cleaning equipment and computers.
  • Good written English and comprehension of manuals and safety information.
  • Ability to communicate via email and WhatsApp.
