Overview
Mrs Ham, the Headteacher and the Governors at St Barnabas Church of England Primary Academy are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, conscientious & creative Special Support Assistant and Welfare Assistant to join our committed & hardworking staff team. The successful candidate will assist in meeting the personal, social and educational needs of our children in order for them to flourish and live life in all its fullness.
Qualifications
- Have experience of supporting children in the role of a teaching assistant
- Have the essential qualifications and experience as detailed in the person specification, including GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above
- Have high expectations for children’s learning
- Be enthusiastic, energetic, positive and approachable – with a good sense of humour!
