ABOUT DARV LTD
Darv Ltd is an established property maintenance and refurbishment contractor delivering works across London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire. We work with housing providers, almshouse charities, care organisations, managing agents and commercial property owners, delivering planned maintenance, refurbishments, kitchens, bathrooms, disabled adaptations, communal works, compliance services and reactive maintenance. We are now looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.
THE ROLE
This is not a "sit back and wait for enquiries" role. We need someone who can proactively identify opportunities, build relationships, open doors and create new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing relationships with decision makers across:
- Housing Associations
- Almshouse Charities
- Care Homes
- Managing Agents
- Property Management Companies
- Local Authorities
- Commercial Property Owners
- Main Contractors
The successful candidate will work directly with the Directors and play a key role in expanding the company's client base.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- New Business Development
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Build relationships with key decision makers
- Arrange meetings for Directors
- Research target organisations and opportunities
- Develop prospect pipelines
- Follow up enquiries and leads
- Maintain CRM records and sales activity

- Represent Darv Ltd professionally at all times

- Assist with tender opportunities
