Darv Ltd is a growing property maintenance and refurbishment contractor delivering works for housing associations and Almshouse charities. We’re expanding our in-house team and are looking for a reliable multiskilled operative who produces consistent, high-quality work.
The Role:
- Planned and reactive maintenance works
- Occupied and void properties
- Jobs scheduled in advance, materials organised
- Stable workload, Monday–Friday
Typical works include:
- Carpentry & door repairs
- Basic plumbing (taps, WCs, leaks, radiators)
- Painting & decorating
- Tiling & patch plastering
- General repairs and snagging
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance / refurbishments
- Strong multi-trade skillset
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional and resident-friendly attitude
- Right to work in the UK
