We are looking for a friendly, organised & enthusiastic Spa Receptionist to join our team in the newly refurbished & expanded Darts Farm Wellness Spa.

As receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional customer experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing enquiries and bookings, warmly welcoming clients on arrival, and ensuring the smooth running of the treatment schedule.

You'll actively encourage clients to rebook, promote spa packages and Infrared sauna sessions, and meet targets for upselling treatments and retail products - all while maintaining our high standards of service and care.

Our newly refurbished Wellness Spa consists of 5 treatment rooms, steam room, infrared sauna & relaxation room, laser & micro needling room, along with 2 pedicure stations & 2 manicure stations.

A sanctuary of calm, connection, and rejuvenation.

Our philosophy focuses on health and wellbeing, with our range of holistic treatments designed to relax & restore the body and calm the mind.

Inspired by the natural beauty of our surroundings, our spa blends exceptional treatments, sustainable practices, and warm hospitality to create a truly unique guest experience.

Salary £12.25 - £13.50 per hour , depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • This is a part-time role, 24-30 hours per week
  • Available to work Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, plus 2 Saturdays a month
  • Excellent organisational & communication skills
  • Exceptional customer care
  • Exceptional written & oral skills
  • Proficient with spa booking system - Shortcuts or similar
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
