Position Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Associate to join their Technology Investment Banking team in London. The successful candidate will support senior bankers in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and developing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of M&A, capital raising, and other financial advisory transactions for technology clients.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution.
- Prepare and contribute to the creation of presentations and pitch materials for clients and prospective clients.
- Conduct industry research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the technology sector.
- Collaborate with team members across various functions to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Support senior bankers in managing client relationships and maintaining high standards of client service.
Desired Experience
