Our client is an international mid-market investment bank and they are looking to hire an investment banking/M&A VP to join their hugely successful, and growing technology team in London.

As a VP, you will be the engine room on the execution of both buy- and sell-side M&A transactions within the technology verticals including software, tech services, cyber and IT.

Given the nature of the business, you will work closely with team members in London, as well as their European and US offices and act as the key point-person whilst executing transactions, providing coverage and support to the seniors.

Your financial acumen, analytical skills, commercial capabilities and strong attention to detail will be crucial in driving the team’s success.
