We're partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed buy-and-build business services platform looking to hire an M&A Manager / Associate Director into its in-house deal team. This is a deal lead role within a highly acquisitive environment, offering the chance to work closely with an experienced leadership team driving an ambitious growth strategy. The business has completed a significant number of acquisitions over recent years and continues to see strong deal flow across a fragmented market.
The role:
- Lead acquisitions from origination through to completion
- Financial analysis, valuation and modelling
- Manage DD processes and advisors
- Prepare investment materials for senior stakeholders
- Support negotiations and transaction execution
- Work closely with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
- Exposure to integration and broader value creation activity
Looking for:
- 2-4 years in an in-house M&A / corporate development team
- Likely ACA trained
- Strong financial modelling and execution capability
- Comfortable running multiple live workstreams simultaneously
- Commercial, proactive and able to operate autonomously
