We’re hiring an experienced M&A Director to lead acquisition strategy and execution for a fast-growing, private equity-backed multi-site platform. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering a buy-and-build strategy through deal origination, execution, and integration. This role will be remote with occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of acquisition targets
  • Lead end-to-end M&A transactions (valuation, negotiation, execution)
  • Oversee due diligence and present investment cases to stakeholders
  • Drive post-acquisition integration and value creation

Requirements:

  • Proven in-house M&A experience (essential)
  • Track record in multi-site / buy-and-build environments
  • Strong financial, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in PE-backed or high-growth businesses preferred
