We’re working with a highly acquisitive, PE-backed financial services group executing a large volume of strategic acquisitions as part of an ambitious buy-and-build strategy. With M&A at the heart of their growth model, they’re expanding their corporate development team with a high-calibre Associate.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage directly with business owners to articulate the value of partnership
  • Lead financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence processes
  • Manage transactions from LOI through to close, including legal documentation and integration planning
  • Track and analyse post-deal performance to inform future strategy

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–4 years of M&A experience from a top-tier investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or Big 4 corporate finance team
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume deal environment
  • Experience with FIG (Financial Institutions Group) deals is advantageous but not essential
