You will support the Client team to ensure exceptional service delivery across the client lifecycle. Working closely with Relationship Managers, you will assist with designated client accounts, manage ongoing client communications and produce both regular and ad-hoc marketing materials.
The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders across investment, operations and compliance to ensure accurate, consistent and timely client communications. You will maintain and update CRM systems, support pipeline development and reporting, and contribute proactively to business development initiatives through market mapping, competitor analysis and client insight generation.
You will also be responsible for preparing RFPs, DDQs and other due diligence materials, utilising internal AI and workflow tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The role provides broad exposure across client servicing, marketing, business development and fund distribution, with regular involvement in client meetings, onboarding processes and interaction with external platforms and service providers.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in economics, finance or a related investment discipline
- At least five years' experience in a client service role within a financial institution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with solid numerical capability
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using Bloomberg and FactSet
- Experience preparing client materials including RFPs, DDQs and performance reporting
