An exciting Investor Relations opportunity at a well-established, multi-strategy hedge fund. The firm is looking to expand its Investor Relations function and hire an Analyst to support the team’s continued growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and circulate investor reports, as well as marketing and presentation materials.
- Support the completion of DDQs, RFPs, and other due diligence requests for both current and potential investors.
- Respond to ad hoc investor enquiries and information requests, working closely with the wider team.
- Ensure all investor records in the CRM system are accurate, current, and well maintained.
- Oversee investor mailing lists and manage access to investor-only areas of the firm’s website.
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate the timely delivery of investor communications and materials.
- Assist with organising and scheduling investor meetings and calls.
- Work alongside the Compliance team to support regulatory and investor-related data requests.
Desired experience:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in an expert network, placement agent, in-house IR or at a market intelligence firm.
- Strong academic background.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
- Experience with CRM is advantageous - Salesforce and Backstop.
- Exposure to the DDQ process preferred.
