The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are supporting a well-known private debt firm who are looking to bolster their IR team with both Analyst and Associate level hires. Both openings would sit within their client servicing team and would report directly to the Head of IR. These positions will not have a pathway to sales and individuals must be committed to pursuing a client servicing/relationship management pathway.

Responsibilities

  • Production of marketing materials, including RFPs, DDQs and investor presentations.
  • Ownership of the full client reporting cycle.
  • Coordination of the client due diligence process across the funds.
  • Tracking record management and portfolio data analysis.
  • Responding to client queries.
  • Management of client datarooms and CRM.
  • Supporting on client events.
  • Liaising with fund administrators.

Desired Experience

  • Around 2 years of experience in a relevant field, e.g. placement agent, asset management, investment bank or accounting firm.
  • Good knowledge and interest in private markets.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Adept in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
