Our client is seeking an experienced Director or (Senior) Vice President to work with the team on exciting deals across either the Industrials or Business Services sectors.
They are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial-minded, collaborative and interested in a long-term career opportunity amongst a group of experienced investment bankers to provide world-class advice and create value for its existing and new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead transaction processes together with senior members of the firm
- Lead the creation of financial models and perform company valuations
- Overseeing and leading the creation and preparation of client presentations in support of new business development and transaction execution
- Developing, analysing, and presenting historical and projected financial information
- Coordinating and performing business due diligence
- Overseeing the preparation of confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
- Attend client meetings to build and maintain client relationships
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to junior members of the team such as Analysts and Associates
Desired Experience
- Our client is looking for a high achiever with a proven track record in investment banking, with strong quantitative and analytical skills, together with excellent interpersonal qualities.
- Key requirements include:
- At least 6 years of Investment Banking/ M&A experience from an Investment Bank or IB boutique
- Excellent grasp of corporate finance, valuation, and financial accounting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
- Previous experience in Industrials or Business Services sector advisory
- Strong communications skills, both written and oral
- Strong personal integrity – high ethical standards and judgment
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and achievement-oriented character
- Minimum 2:1 or equivalent from a leading University
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
