Investment Banking M&A Director Consumer & Retail

Our client is seeking an experienced Director or (Senior) Vice President to work with the team on exciting deals in a number of Consumer subsectors such as Food, Beverages, FMCG, Fashion, Retail, ecommerce, Agri-tech, Leisure and others.

They are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial-minded, collaborative and interested in a long-term career opportunity amongst a group of experienced investment bankers to provide world-class advice and create value for its existing and new clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead transaction processes together with senior members of the firm
2. Lead the creation of financial models and perform company valuations
3. Overseeing and leading the creation and preparation of client presentations in support of new business development and transaction execution
4. Developing, analysing, and presenting historical and projected financial information
5. Coordinating and performing business due diligence
6. Overseeing the preparation of confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches, and other presentations
7. Attend client meetings build and maintain client relationships
8. Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to junior members of the team such as Analysts and Associates
