Overview
Our client is a leading, global independent investment bank who seeking a high-performing Investment Banking Associate to support its successful telecoms and digital infrastructure M&A practice. The role offers front-line exposure to landmark transactions and strategic projects across fibre, towers, data centres, cloud infrastructure, and emerging digital assets. You’ll be embedded in a high-calibre team with a deep sector pedigree, advising leading corporates, financial sponsors, and infrastructure funds across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support financial modeling and valuation analysis (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, trading comps)
- Conduct detailed company and sector research to evaluate investment opportunities
- Draft compelling pitch materials, management presentations, and transaction documentation
- Contribute to transaction execution, due diligence and stakeholder coordination
- Monitor telecoms and digital infrastructure trends across Europe, identifying strategic implications for clients
Qualifications
- Strong interest for the telecoms and digital infrastructure sector (fibre, towers, data centres, edge computing etc)
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or financial advisory
- Strong technical foundation and commercial acumen
- Bachelor\\\’s or Master’s degree in Science, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
