Requirements for consideration
- Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
- Advanced Financial modelling and analytical abilities; Strong LBO and DCF modelling skills.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
- Sponsor backed, buy & sell-side deal execution experience (ideally 3+ years in M&A).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
- Team orientated with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
