Investment Banking Associate (Industrials M&A)
Our client, a Bulge Bracket investment bank, is actively hiring x3 Associates (level depending on experience) to join their growing Industrials & Business Services (mergers and acquisitions/ M&A) team in London.
Requirements for consideration
- 3 years experience working in a full service (ideally Bulge Bracket) investment bank in London.
- Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
- Excellent Financial modelling and analytical abilities.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
- The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately deal execution focused.
