Requirements for consideration
- Must have M A experience gained at another investment bank (ideally in London).
- Completed sell-side M A transaction experience (ideally 3+ years in M A).
- Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
- Excellent Financial modelling and analytical abilities.
- High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately deal execution focused.
