Our client, an Elite Boutique investment bank with global coverage, is actively hiring a junior Associate to join their growing FIG Advisory (mergers and acquisitions/ M&A) team in London.

Requirements for consideration:

  • Fundamental understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
  • Excellent financial modelling and analytical abilities.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
  • Completed sell-side transaction experience (ideally 3+ years in M&A).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.
