Investment Banking Analyst – M&A Advisory (Global Investment Bank), London

Generalist sector (Consumer, Industrials & Business Services and Technology) across EMEA (M&A).

Our client, a global investment bank, is actively hiring an Analyst (Analyst 2 or Analyst 3 depending on experience) to join their Advisory (mergers and acquisitions/ M&A) team in London.

Requirements for consideration

• minimum 1 year\’s experience working in M&A (preferably in London).
• Understanding of financial valuation methodologies, and applications.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams effectively, delivering high quality work on schedule.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• High resilience, willingness to learn and enthusiasm.

The team has an exceptionally strong track record in the market and the work involved will be predominately M&A deal execution focused.
