Dartmouth Partners is working with a leading PE backed UK technical services provider, specializing in the built environment, in their search for an Integration Associate. This is a fast-paced role to support a rapidly growing business reporting directly to the Group Head of M&A. If you are someone looking to gain exposure to deal execution and integration in a high growth, client facing role, please get in touch.
This person needs to be a self-starter; take charge, plan and execute with confidence. You will need to have strong people, leadership, communication and organizational skills to be a success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard newly acquired business
- Management of 100-day post acquisition
- Management of longer-term integration activities
- Strategic post completion projects
- Supporting the M&A team as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Undergraduate qualification
- At least 2 years of post-graduation work experience
- M&A and integration experience would be useful but not required
- Project / Program Management
- Experience delivering multiple projects or workstreams in parallel against tight timelines
