Dartmouth Partners is working with a leading PE backed UK technical services provider, specializing in the built environment, in their search for an Integration Associate. This is a fast-paced role to support a rapidly growing business reporting directly to the Group Head of M&A. If you are someone looking to gain exposure to deal execution and integration in a high growth, client facing role, please get in touch.

This person needs to be a self-starter; take charge, plan and execute with confidence. You will need to have strong people, leadership, communication and organizational skills to be a success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard newly acquired business
  • Management of 100-day post acquisition
  • Management of longer-term integration activities
  • Strategic post completion projects
  • Supporting the M&A team as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Undergraduate qualification
  • At least 2 years of post-graduation work experience
  • M&A and integration experience would be useful but not required
  • Project / Program Management
  • Experience delivering multiple projects or workstreams in parallel against tight timelines
