Dartmouth Partners are delighted to be partnered with a prestigious Infrastructure Investing team focused on core and core+ equity Investments across Europe. They are looking to onboard an Associate into the team in London who will help on the execution of mandates. They have over $40 billion in committed capital under management, managed by a dedicated team of 40+ people globally.
Select responsibilities:
- Liaising with multiple different stakeholders during the deal process, including leading deal and structuring teams
- Screening investment opportunities from a qualitative and quantitative perspective
- Drafting and presenting investment memorandums for internal investment committees and board meetings and external client presentations
- Asset management activities with respect to portfolio companies; assisting with business plan execution, relationship management, active participation in strategic planning, attending board and committee meetings
- Supporting all aspects of fundraising activities
The ideal candidate:
- 1.5 – 4 years of top-tier experience in infrastructure investing or investment banking.
- Highly numerate and excellent financial modelling skills
- Desire to build a career in the infrastructure space and work across a variety of subsectors including; energy, transport, power and utilities etc
- Desire to work in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Ability to independently manage time to deliver simultaneous projects to a high standard
