We’re hiring an experienced M&A Director to lead acquisition strategy and execution for a fast-growing, private equity-backed multi-site platform. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering a buy-and-build strategy through deal origination, execution, and integration. This role will be remote with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of acquisition targets
- Lead end-to-end M&A transactions (valuation, negotiation, execution)
- Oversee due diligence and present investment cases to stakeholders
- Drive post-acquisition integration and value creation
Requirements:
- Proven in-house M&A experience (essential)
- Track record in multi-site / buy-and-build environments
