In preparation for an event in the medium term, my client is looking to hire an experienced CFO with cost transformation / reduction experience. We'd like to see candidates with experience in larger, listed businesses, or large, £1bn+ revenue PE-backed firms, ideally international by footprint.
Role to be based in London, 3-4 days a week in office.
Responsibilities- Report to Group CFO and Group COO
- Lead a team of 10 in Group Control
- Collaborate with Transformation, Integration and Group Finance more generally
- Strong cost-out / cost transformation experience in a large listed business, or a £1bn+ revenue PE-backed firm, services / asset light ideally.
- Operated at CFO level, or at CFO-1 level.
