VP - M&A in Bradford

We are partnered with one of the fastest-scaling start ups. Our client is looking to hire a VP, M&A to steer their next phase of growth. This is a rare chance to join a company that is deploying capital at unprecedented speed and scale, with ambitions to become a leader in its sector.

The business is executing and will continue to execute on USD 100m + transactions. The role will be fundamental to ensuring transaction alignment with the broader strategic architecture of the business. We are looking for someone with the maturity, judgment, and ability to own live deals at pace.

Expectations:

• Lead on large M&A transactions of > 100 million USD
• Work directly with senior leadership on structuring and executing transactions that will define the next phase of growth
• Exposure to projects involving cutting-edge technology deployments at a global scale

Required Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience from an Investment Bank
• Proven track record in leading large-scale M&A process end-to-end.
• Ability to function at pace in an entrepreneurial environment with a high-degree of autonomy
