We’re working with a PE-backed technical services buy-and-build platform in a regulated, safety-critical environment. As acquisition activity accelerates, they’re hiring an Integration Manager to own post-deal integration. This is a genuinely hands-on role. You’ll be on site with acquired businesses, embedding systems, processes, governance and culture into the group. It’s operational and delivery-focused, not a strategic oversight role, so very senior operators won’t be the right fit.
