Associate, PCA Team – Dartmouth Partners (London)
A leading global advisory firm is seeking an Associate to join its PCA team in London.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate due diligence processes and prepare key fundraising materials (PPMs, DDQs, investor presentations).
- Manage workstreams across investor outreach, pipeline tracking, and closing processes.
- Support senior colleagues in client communication and relationship management.
Analytical & Marketing Support
- Build financial models for fund performance, portfolio analysis, and investor return scenarios.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, and investor mapping to inform fundraising strategy.
- Draft marketing materials and investor communications with clarity and precision.
- Oversee analysts in preparing materials and managing data rooms.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
Business Development
- Support origination efforts and broader marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to thought leadership and maintain awareness of private markets trends.
Education & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in private capital advisory, placement agent roles, or in‑house IR roles.
Technical Skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute fundraising processes and manage investor interactions.
- Strong analytical capabilities, particularly within private markets.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic.
