Our client is a global financial services organisation with a complex, enterprise-scale Salesforce environment supporting multiple business functions. As part of a wider programme to enhance system adoption, capability and data quality, the firm is seeking a Salesforce Trainer on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, people and process. The Salesforce Trainer will design and deliver high-quality training that enables users to work more effectively, supports ongoing system enhancements, and underpins successful change management. The position offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a visible impact across a large, international user base. The role is based in London with a flexible hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging Salesforce training sessions, both virtually and in person, tailored to different user groups and levels of experience.
- Create, maintain and continuously improve training materials, including user guides, videos and e-learning content.
- Translate complex business processes into clear, intuitive Salesforce workflows and learning content.
- Support Salesforce rollouts, upgrades and change initiatives, ensuring users are confident and well-prepared.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and usage metrics, refining programmes to improve adoption and outcomes.
- Provide post-training support, troubleshooting user issues and acting as a trusted point of contact for Salesforce-related queries.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, operations and IT to ensure training aligns with business priorities and system design.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce features, releases and best practice, proactively incorporating improvements into training delivery.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce training within a corporate or enterprise environment, ideally in financial services or another regulated sector.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and user workflows, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible learning.
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining a range of training materials for different audiences.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience supporting system change, rollouts or upgrades, with a pragmatic approach to change management.
- Organized, adaptable and user-focused, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Salesforce certifications or formal training qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
