Our client is a well-established organisation operating within the real estate sector. They are seeking an experienced Interim Payroll Specialist with strong ADP IHCM expertise to join the team on an initial 3-6 month rolling contract. This is a hands-on role that will play a critical part in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of UK payroll operations.
Working closely with the Head of Payroll, you will act as the subject matter expert for ADP IHCM, helping to optimise processes, support payroll delivery and enhance system utilisation across the function. The successful candidate will bring deep technical payroll knowledge alongside the ability to guide and train colleagues on best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end UK payrolls accurately and efficiently using ADP IHCM.
- Manage complex payroll scenarios, including multiple commission structures, pension arrangements and payroll adjustments.
- Act as the ADP IHCM subject matter expert, providing guidance, training and support to the wider payroll team.
