Role Overview

Providing administrative and organisational support to the school that will involve dealing with sensitive and confidential information regarding staff and pupils. It is essential to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in relation to all school matters. To ensure the smooth day to day operation of the administrative service to the school. Maintaining and devising efficient and effective processes and procedures including overseeing and monitoring the use of school systems. Coordinating, preparing, and issuing communication with parents and staff within the school as required. Supporting the Principal with compliance processes such as the Single Central Record and Health and Safety.

Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Administrator to join our team. The Promise School is a Specialist SEMH school with around 90 students in Key Stages 2 to 4. Our mission is to make a positive difference to the life chances of all learners who attend our school. Through our committed and caring approach, we will engage every learner via creative, individualised learning which enables them to gain the academic, social, emotional and independence skills to achieve in learning and in life. Our Trust comprises of 19 schools, 3 Colleges, 15 Primaries, alongside The Promise School. Established in 2018. We are situated in beautiful Devon on the out the outskirts of the stunning Dartmoor National Park. The schools vary in size and are all unique. Our schools are a large part of their local communities, and we value those relationships with families and locals. The Trust was created to enable schools and staff to work closely together in providing the best education possible for our children.
